There are so many things to do near Sealark Holiday Cottage for couples. Sealark is ideally located for exploring the stunning North York Moors National Park and the North Yorkshire coast - from beautiful scenery, to golden sandy beaches, to coastal villages with histories of shipwrecks and smuggling, to the vibrant festivals and gothic abbey at Whitby.

One of our favourite days includes walking from Sealark Cottage to Port Mulgrave and then onto the Cleveland Way National Trail. From here we walk to the beautiful fishing village of Staithes - the views on the way are stunning and far reaching. We love exploring Staithes with its' winding labyrinth of cobbled alleys, pretty harbour and art galleries. We often lunch at the Cod and Lobster pub on the sea front before walking back up to steep hill onto the Cleveland Way and back to Sealark Cottage.
