A deposit of 40% of the cost of the holiday is payable on booking., provided that the booking is submitted more than eight weeks before the Start Date.
The prices shown include gas and electricity and enough logs and firelighters for one fire. Towels are included, but please bring your own for the beach and outdoor use.
Dogs are charged at £35 per dog to allow for extra cleaning.
We do charge for lost keys at £20 per key.
If you need to change the dates of your holiday please contact us as soon as possible. We try wherever possible to reschedule your holiday, but we do recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
